Nutricopia is a CPE Accredited Provider. We develop continuing professional education for dietary managers and registered dietitian nutritionists, drawn from the regulatory and clinical questions we see in facilities every week. Food safety training and certification

Need food safety training and certification for your food and nutrition services staff? With our food and nutrition experts and integrated education systems, your staff are trained efficiently and thoroughly so the department runs well between dietitian visits. We offer online education and ServSafe training and certification.

Training as part of a consulting engagement

Facilities that have a consultant RDN through us get staff training as part of the relationship: in-service topics, survey preparation, and the Successful Survey Toolkit for the kitchen. See consultant dietitians and manuals and forms.

Becoming a dietitian

If you are a student or a recent graduate, the Nutrition Ink Dietetic Internship Program is our ACEND-accredited supervised practice program.
