A long-term care menu has to satisfy residents, the diet orders on the floor, the budget and the surveyor. Ours are written by dietitians who work in the facilities they write for. We offer a variety of specialized menus, and custom menus are available. Menus are delivered seasonally to make the most of fresh ingredients, and every diet comes with recipes, HACCP instructions, allergen alerts and a nutritional analysis adjusted to your community size.

  • Standard Menu (Skilled Nursing)

    $750.00 per menu set

    Four-week cycle menus for skilled nursing facilities, written quarterly, with nutritional analysis for each diet.

    Therapeutic diets included: Regular, Puree, Ground, Chopped, Consistent Carbohydrate, Liberal Dialysis, and small and large portion variations. Recipes come with HACCP instructions, allergen alerts and analysis adjusted to your community size. Additional diets (No Added Salt, Gluten Free, Lactose Free and others) can be added for a fee.

  • Select Standard or Custom Menu

    $750.00 per menu set

    A range of therapeutic diets with recipe instructions. Three- to six-week cycle menus written two to three times a year, with nutritional analysis for each diet.

    Includes master menu forms, daily menu spreadsheets and recipes adjusted for ground and chopped textures. Diets include Regular, Consistent Carbohydrate, Gluten Free, Lactose Free and Liberal Dialysis; other diets can be added for a fee.

  • Residential / Assisted Living Facility Menu

    $750.00 per menu set

    Four-week cycle menus for residential and assisted living communities, written quarterly, with nutritional analysis for each diet.

    Diets include Regular, Consistent Carbohydrate, Ground, Chopped, Small and Large Portion, Liberal Dialysis and Heart Healthy. Recipes include HACCP instructions, individual analysis and allergen alerts; daily menu spreadsheets are included and recipes are adjusted to your facility size.

  • Group Home / ICF-IID Menu

    $750.00 per menu set

    Four-week menus for group homes and ICF-IID settings, written quarterly with nutritional analysis, following the California Department of Developmental Services diet manual guidelines.

    Includes regular, heart-healthy and consistent-carbohydrate options and a range of portion sizes, recipes with preparation instructions and HACCP guidance, allergen alerts and editable daily menu spreadsheets. Custom menus for the specific needs of your home and a pediatric version are available at an additional charge.

  • Monthly Online Menu Subscription

    $100.00 per month

    Online access to everything you need, with menus updated quarterly.

    A 10% discount applies if you also have RD services with Nutrition Ink.
