How Nutrition Ink, Inc. handles information from this website and from people who contact us.
This policy applies to nutritionink.com and to the Nutrition Ink and Nutricopia brands, both operated by Nutrition Ink, Inc. ("we", "us").
What we collect
We collect only the information you give us voluntarily: when you send us a message through the contact form, place an order request, email us, apply for a position, or inquire about the internship program. That may include your name, facility or organization, email address, phone number, mailing address and the content of your message. We do not sell or rent this information to anyone.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, to confirm and fulfil orders (including shipping and invoicing), to consider employment and internship inquiries, and, unless you ask us not to, to tell you about products or services we think are relevant to you. You can opt out of future contact at any time by emailing us.
Who we share it with
Within Nutrition Ink, Inc., information may be used by either brand to provide dietary management services. We share information with service providers only as needed to act on your request: the form service that delivers website messages and order requests to our office, shipping carriers, and payment processors. These providers do not retain, share, store or use your personal information for any other purpose. We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.
Forms on this site
Messages and order requests submitted through this site are delivered by Formspree, which processes them on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy policy. Nothing you type into a form on this site is used for advertising.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics. Our web host records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running; these logs are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Payments
We do not collect or store card details on this site. Invoice payments are processed by QuickBooks Payments on Intuit's secure pages.
Security
Personal information is available only to employees who need it to do a specific job, such as billing or customer service. Sensitive information sent to us is protected in transit.
Your choices
