Cost analysis
Concerned about budget control? We analyze your dietary budget and help you get the most out of it while making sure dietary needs are met. RDNs conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the dietary system: accounting and purchasing practices, food production management, supplement and snack use, and labor efficiency.
QAPI, risk management and mock surveys
Our experienced RDNs perform mock surveys, assist with the implementation of QAPI plans, and help mitigate potential survey risks for residents' nutritional care and food services. When a survey does produce deficiencies, we help develop effective plans of correction.
Dietitian peer review
An independent review of a dietitian's assessments, care plans and documentation, for quality assurance or as part of a corrective plan.
